Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled planned maintenance event affecting our CLT (Charlotte, NC) Data Center:

⚠️ Expected Impact: No disruption is anticipated, but the potential exists.

What’s Happening?
CCS Data Center Partner will perform CL4 - Electrical Capacity Expansion on the above-mentioned date and time, which includes: The activities associated with the installation of additional electrical components within the UPS critical infrastructure, along with the verification of proper operation and functionality of the new UPS distribution. The actions involved are fully documented and may include the use of external vendors. This change is categorized as an emergency as the approved work will occur due to resource and/or schedule constraints.

During this activity, the location(s) will retain full functionality through the duration of the emergency maintenance, and there is no anticipated impact to customer services.


How You’ll Be Notified:
✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work.
✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window.
✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway.
✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
