Cirrascale Scheduled Planned Maintenance Notice
Dear Customer,
Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled planned maintenance event affecting our MDW Data Center:
📅 Date: March 2, 2026 – March 31, 2026 ⏰ Time: 7:00 AM CST – 3:00 PM CST 📍 Location: MDW (Chicago, IL) 🔧 Affected Services: CH2 12-36M-1 3 Year Transformer Clean, Inspect, Test
⚠️ Expected Impact: No disruption is anticipated, but the potential exists.
What’s Happening?
Our CCS data center partner will perform This Preventative Maintenance will consist of an inspection, cleaning, and testing of a 4160V and greater Dry Type Transformer. The transformer will need to be de-energized prior to the testing and inspection. Our team will actively monitor the situation and remain in contact.
How You’ll Be Notified On The Day Of Planned Maintenance:
✅ 1 day before maintenance – Reminder notification ✅ 1 hour before maintenance – Final notification ✅ After completion – "All Clear" message
