What’s Happening?
As part of our ongoing network infrastructure upgrades, our data center partner will be deploying newer, more capable switches. This enhancement is designed to improve overall network performance and reliability. During this maintenance, your service(s) will be migrated to a new switch. There will be no changes to your configurations; however, please anticipate brief service interruptions of 30 minutes or less as they migrate your circuit. Our data center partner will migrate your service(s) one at a time during the maintenance window and notify you once the maintenance is complete for the night.
How You’ll Be Notified:
✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work. ✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window. ✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway. ✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
