What’s Happening?
TierPoint will perform JAX - Generator Maintenance on the above-mentioned date and time which includes: The annual, multi-day, level-I inspection of the emergency power generation systems and related components comprising of oil and filter changes followed by the verification of proper operation and functionality. The actions involved are fully documented and may include the use of external vendors. The maintenance activities will be conducted during the following days:
How You’ll Be Notified:
✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work. ✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window. ✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway. ✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
