Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled planned maintenance event affecting our MDW Data Center:
📅 Date: February 16, 2026 – February 20, 2026 ⏰ Time: 7:00 AM CST – 3:00 PM CST 📍 Location: MDW (Chicago, IL) 🔧 Affected Services: This Preventative Maintenance applies to all site transfer pairs and PLC controlled switchgear. This is used to verify proper operation and programming of the switchgear unit or transfer pair. ⚠️ Expected Impact: No disruption is anticipated, but the potential exists.
What’s Happening?
Our CCS data center partner will perform This Preventative Maintenance that will apply to all site transfer pairs and PLC controlled switchgear. This is used to verify proper operation and programming of the switchgear unit or transfer pair. All circuit card conditions, circuit card revisions, and relay conditions will be checked. The switchgear or transfer pair will also be operated in all modes (manual and automatic). No other maintenance can be conducted at the same time the A-1 is being performed. This maintenance will have an internal notification and will be performed by qualified CCS data center partner staff or Qualified Vendor.

Annual inspection will include the following:
· Isolate or Bypass switchgear to allow equipment to be de- energized and inspected if alternate means of powering critical load is available.
· If isolation or bypass is not available complete a visual inspection
· Verify all control panel or indicating lamps are operating properly.
· Clean and inspect the interior of the switchgear and panel boards.
· Inspect interior for moisture or signs of wetting.
· Record the date code for any system batteries. If batteries are older than 2 years old, replacement will be considered at next inspection.
· Inspect all insulating parts for cracks or discoloration due to excessive heat.
· Perform BAS equipment alarms audit and compare to standard alarms list in the Alarm and Monitoring SOP. Record any deficiencies or discrepancies.
· Verify all alarms are received in the BAS and identified with correct Alarm Message and Message Distribution per the alarm and Monitoring SOP. Record any deficiencies or discrepancies.
