What’s Happening?
Digital Realty will be performing planned maintenance under case number CS3839615 at the US.PHX15 site. The maintenance will involve a CPBG Gen No Load Run CMOP. The work is categorized with a low risk level, but it is classified as medium impact (Level 2).
Maintenance Schedule:
Start: Monday, February 2, 2026, 08:00 AM - CST
End: Monday, February 16, 2026, 06:00 PM - CST
There will be no impact to customer equipment at the server rack level, although redundancy will be reduced during the maintenance window.
How You’ll Be Notified:
✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work. ✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window. ✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway. ✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
