Cirrascale Scheduled Planned Maintenance Notice
Dear Customer,
Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled planned maintenance event affecting our MDW Data Center:
📅 Date: March 2, 2026 – March 31, 2026 ⏰ Time: 7:00 AM CST – 3:00 PM CST 📍 Location: MDW (Chicago, IL) 🔧 Affected Services: CH2 12-A-1 Annual Transformer Inspection, Cleaning, and Testing.
⚠️ Expected Impact: No disruption is anticipated, but the potential exists.
What’s Happening?
Our CCS data center partner will perform This Preventative Maintenance will consist of an inspection, cleaning, and testing of any less than 4160V Dry Type Transformer, including PDU transformers. Our team will actively monitor the situation and remain in contact.
How You’ll Be Notified On The Day Of Planned Maintenance:
✅ 1 day before maintenance – Reminder notification ✅ 1 hour before maintenance – Final notification ✅ After completion – "All Clear" message
