Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled planned maintenance event affecting the Jacksonville (JAX01) Data Center.
📅 Date: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 ⏰ Time: 08:00 AM – 6:00 PM US/Eastern 📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL (JAX01) 🔧 Affected Services: None ⚠️ Expected Impact: No disruption is anticipated, but the potential exists
What’s Happening? TierPoint will perform JAX – Life Safety Maintenance, which includes the quarterly inspection and verification of life safety systems and related components. This covers horns, strobes, alarms, smoke detection devices, and fire-suppression technologies to ensure proper operation and compliance.
All activities will be documented and may involve external vendors. During this time, the facility will retain full functionality, and no customer impact is expected.
How You’ll Be Notified: ✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work. ✅ 1-Hour Reminder – Sent one hour before the maintenance window begins. ✅ Start Notification – Issued when the maintenance starts. ✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and services are verified operational.
