⚠️ Expected Impact: Client traffic is expected to continue routing through the remaining available border routers while the targeted router is drained and upgraded. No client action is required before or during this maintenance.
What’s Happening?
This maintenance is part of planned remediation work to strengthen Internet routing stability at the San Diego facility. The work will be performed across the border routing infrastructure in separate maintenance windows so each router can be upgraded, validated, and returned to normal operation in a controlled manner.
How You’ll Be Notified:
✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work. ✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window. ✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway. ✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
