Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled planned maintenance event affecting our MDW Data Center:
📅 Date: December 31, 2025 – January 30, 2025 ⏰ Time: 6:00 AM CST – 2:00 PM CST 📍 Location: MDW (Chicago, IL) 🔧 Affected Services: This Preventative Maintenance will check operation of pumping packages. It will also require a test of the cooling loops. ⚠️ Expected Impact: No disruption is anticipated, but the potential exists.
What’s Happening?
Our CCS data center partner will perform this Preventative Maintenance and will check operation of HVAC pumping packages. It will also require a test of the cooling loops. This maintenance will have an internal notification and will be performed by qualified CCS data center partner staff or Qualified Vendor.

Annual inspection includes the following:
· All steps performed in quarterly inspection.
· Test changeover operation of pump package.
· Check for proper voltage and amperage draw on pump motors.
· Check electrical connections (tighten as necessary), contacts and fuses.
· Check coolant loop expansion tanks for correct operating pressures.
· Check coolant loop make up tank and pump operation.
Our team will actively monitor the situation and remain in contact.

✅ 1 day before maintenance – Reminder notification ✅ 1 hour before maintenance – Final notification ✅ After completion – "All Clear" message
