What’s Happening?
TierPoint will perform JAX – HVAC Maintenance during the scheduled maintenance window. This work includes quarterly visual inspections, cleaning, adjustment, and verification of proper operation and functionality of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and related components in production.
At various intervals, components such as variable frequency drives (VFDs), belts, fuses, filters, and humidification/dehumidification systems may be replaced or upgraded per manufacturer recommendations. All activities are fully documented and may involve the use of external vendors.
Throughout the maintenance window, the location will retain full functionality, and no customer service impact is expected.
How You’ll Be Notified:
✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work. ✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window. ✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm work is underway. ✅ Completion Notification (“All Clear”) – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed operational.
