Please be advised of an upcoming scheduled planned maintenance event affecting Charlotte (CLT) Data Center:

📅 Date: December 4, 2025

⏰ Time: Full-day maintenance window

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC (CLT)

🔧 Affected Services: Cooling infrastructure, DCIM transition activities

⚠️ Expected Impact: No disruption is anticipated, but the potential exists

What’s Happening?

Charlotte Cooling Loop Integration (December 4, 2025)
We will be opening a change to tie the legacy cooling loop (Rows 1–4) in Charlotte into the closed-loop system.

Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Ownership Transition (Effective December 1, 2025)
TierPoint is targeting December 1, 2025, as the effective takeover date for the DCIM environment in Charlotte. ScaleMatrix will continue to provide support throughout the transition period.

During this window, please ensure:

Cabinets are not left open unless tied to a physical/mechanical condition.

If a cabinet must remain open due to a mechanical issue, please open a ticket with the EOC for immediate routing and resolution.

How You’ll Be Notified:

✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work.
✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window.
✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway.
✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
