What’s Happening?
The purpose of this message is to inform our customers of an upcoming scheduled maintenance in our Charlotte - 4, NC facility.
TierPoint will perform CL4 - STS / PDU Maintenance on the above-mentioned date and time which includes: The annual inspection of the Static Transfer Switches and related components comprising of cleaning, visual inspection, recording of voltage and temperature readings, making necessary adjustments, transferring to and from alternate power sources and the verification of proper operation and functionality of the equipment. The actions involved are fully documented and may include the use of external vendors.
How You’ll Be Notified:
✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work. ✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window. ✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway. ✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
