What’s Happening?

Best practice and procedures will be employed throughout this event and we would like to ensure that all relevant tenants are aware of the activity.

The cloud service provider, GCP, will be carrying out a maintenance on our LAG interconnects in the US central 1 region. For the duration of the maintenance event, you should expect BGP sessions on any hosted connection that use these Interconnects to be down.

How You’ll Be Notified:

✅ Initial Notification – Sent upon scheduling of the upcoming maintenance work.
✅ 1-Hour Reminder – A reminder notification is sent one hour before the start of the maintenance window.
✅ Start Notification – Issued at the beginning of the maintenance to confirm that the work is underway.
✅ Completion Notification ("All Clear") – Sent once maintenance is complete and all services are confirmed to be operational.
