For fan coil units:
Β· Inspect, clean, and tighten all electrical connections and wiring.
Β· Visually inspect the entire unit casing for chips or corrosion. Remove rust or corrosion and repaint surfaces.
Β· Clean fan wheels and fan shaft. Remove any rust from the fan shaft with emery cloth and recoat with L.P.S. 3 or equivalent.
Β· Inspect the drain pan for sludge or other foreign material. Clear the drain openings and drain line to ensure adequate flow.
Β· Rotate the fan wheel and check for obstructions in the fan housing. The wheel should not rub on the fan housing or cutoff. Adjust to center if necessary and tighten the wheel set screws per the torque recommendations.
Β· Examine flex connector for cracks or leaks.
Β· If installed, verify variable frequency drives (VFDs) are operating properly and set point are set per manufacturerβs recommendation.

Whatβs Happening? CCS Data Center Partner will perform planned power system maintenance from Monday, December 8 through Friday, December 12, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. During this time, facility load will be transferred from utility power to generator power for testing.
All customer equipment will remain supported by UPS systems, and no service impact is expected. However, as with any power transition, a minimal inherent risk exists. CCS Data Center Partner staff will closely monitor all systems and take immediate action if any irregularities occur.
